Non-Refundable Policy
All registration and program fees are strictly
non-refundable once payment has been
processed.
Rescheduling & Makeup Policy (Absenteeism)
If you are unable to attend the scheduled
session, your payment is fully transferable
under the following conditions:
Eligibility
You may carry forward your payment to the next available session of the same training program, or apply it to any other
training course of equal or lesser value.
Timeframe
The transferred credit must be utilized within the same calendar year (on or before December 31st) of the original booking date.
Notice
Requirement
Participants must notify the organizing team at least 1 day (24 hours) prior to the scheduled session to qualify for a transfer.
Failure to provide adequate notice will forfeit the transfer option.
